Talk to Gwen when the side quests become available after completing The Nuisance Factory Side Quest. head to the factory Make a right, left, left defeat the first group of enemies. Head out the door the right and take the first path to the left, make a left and defeat the enemies in the room. Unlock the door leading to the vending machines smash the boxes and pick up the key card. head back in the room up the stairs down the hall on your right make a left then right use the key card to unlock the door and defeat the Cerulean Drake.

Quest Giver: Gwen
Requirement: Complete “Nuisance in the Factory” side quest in Chapter 3
Reward: Star Bangle, HP and MP restored
Mission Info: The neighborhood watch needs someone to take care of the Cerulean Drake in the abandoned factory. A watch security key is needed to get inside, but one should be hidden inside a wooden crate near the building. Find the key and slay the drake.
